mashed, or pumpkin puree

Instructions
Put all ingredients for the pumpkin truffles in a
food processor
. Blend for a minute until everything is well mixed.
Take about one teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball (the recipe makes about 12 truffles).
Roll each ball into raw cacao powder. Enjoy!
Notes
The recipe makes about 12 truffles. If you want a bigger batch just adjust the amount of the ingredients.
