Place quinoa, chopped carrot, and peas in a saucepan add water, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and cool for a while, when ready.
Chop the vegetables and combine all ingredients for the salad in a large bowl.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the dressing (freshly squeezed lemon juice, pressed garlic, turmeric, salt, ground flaxseed and water). Stir everything well.
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss everything well and enjoy.
