  • ½ cup (60 g) raw cashews 2 oz
  • cup (300 ml) water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place walnuts, cashews, water, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a blender. Blend for several minutes until creamy.

    • You can adjust the thickness of your sauce by adding more or less water.
