- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and pat them dry. Remove any loose skins.
