Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) red lentils dry
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp fenugreek
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp celery leaves
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 handful parsley chopped

Instructions
- Chop the sweet potato into little pieces.
- Place everything (except flax seeds, parsley, and garlic) in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 mins.
- When ready, add the ground flax seeds and pressed garlic. Stir everything well.
- Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!
