For the salad
- 1 beet shredded
- 1 Kohlrabi shredded
- 1 small long red radish China rose radish, shredded
- 2 carrots shredded
- 1 cup sweet corn
- ¼ bunch parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
For the dressing
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tsp ground flax seeds or 2 tsp flaxseed oil
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- ½ tsp salt
