Ingredients
- 1½ cups (200 g) whole wheat flour
- 2½ cups (600 ml) water
- 1 pitted dates
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp ground chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Maca root powder optional

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Cook in a non-stick pan without oil over medium heat. Pour a half cup of batter into the pan, tilt and swirl the pan to evenly spread the batter. Cook for several minutes on both sides. You should get about 10 large crepes.
