Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (145 g) rolled oats
- ½ cup (50 g) walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup (35 g) pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup (70 g) raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup (120 ml) orange juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup maple syrup optional

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the orange juice. Mix together.
- Then add the orange juice into the bowl as well and stir with a spoon to combine. If you use maple syrup, now is the time to add it.
- Spread the granola mixture on the prepared baking sheet into an even layer. Bake for about 20 mins until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy your homemade granola with plant-based milk of choice and some fresh fruit, like blueberries, banana, or strawberries.
