Ingredients
- 10.5 oz (300 g) tofu
- ⅓ cup green onions chopped
- 1½ tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ⅔ cup (120 g) red kidney beans cooked or canned

Instructions
- Crumble the tofu with your fingers or you can use a fork. I prefer it a little bit chunky.
- Add all ingredients, except beans, to a non-stick pan. Heat it up and stir constantly for just 5 mins, then remove from the heat. It only needs to warm up so the seasoning can release its flavor and aroma.
- Add the beans to the pan and mix well.
- Serve your tofu scramble with a salad, over a loaf of bread, or with roasted potatoes. You can also make some delicious burritos with it. Enjoy!
