- 4 potatoes chopped
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- ¼ bunch fresh dill chopped
For the sauce
- ½ cup (70 g) raw cashews
- ½ cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Steam the chopped potatoes for 15 mins or until soft.
- After that fold the broccoli florets into the steam basket and steam for another 5 minutes.
- Place the steamed veggies in a casserole dish, add the seasoning (except the fresh dill) and stir.
- Put all ingredients for the sauce in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour the cashew sauce over the potatoes and broccoli casserole.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and enjoy!
