  • 1 large (170 g) carrot diced
  • 1 (100 g) onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • ½ cup (60 g) celery root chopped
  • 1 tsp savory
  • tsp paprika
  • tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
