Ingredients
- 1½ cup (135 g) raw walnuts
- 1 cup (130 g) pitted dates
- ½ cup (45 g) quick oats
- ½ cup (35 g) shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) water
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put all ingredients for the walnut cookies in a food processor and blend for several minutes until combined.
- Take a full heaping teaspoon of the cookie mixture, shape it into a ball, and slightly press to flatten it. Place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle them with some ground walnuts, it is optional.
- Bake for about 10-12 mins. Let cool for a while and enjoy!
