- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- ¼ bunch fresh dill finely chopped
- ¾ tsp salt
- 10 ice cubes

Instructions
- Place the sunflower seeds, water, lemon juice, and salt in a blender. Blend for several minutes until creamy.
- Then, pour the creamy sunflower seeds mixture in a bowl and add the diced cucumber.
- After that, add the pressed garlic and chopped dill. Stir everything well.
- Chill with the ice cubes. Enjoy!

- This sunflower seeds soup thickens with time. So you can always adjust the thickness of your soup by adding more water.
- The garlic can be added in the blender as well but I find it tastier when it is pressed and added later.
